In no case the absence of the child from
the school will be tolerated. Genuine cases may be allowed with prior permission;
habitual absentees will be fined.
Attendance is compulsory on closing day,
reopening day, and before/after vacations. Otherwise, heavy fine will be imposed.
In emergency, parents must personally
collect the child with written request. Others must bring signed authorization.
Absence for more than 10 consecutive days
without leave may result in name struck off (readmission subject to vacancy).
Medical fitness certificate required after
contagious diseases:
Chickenpox – Till complete falling of scabs
Cholera – Till completely well
Measles – Two weeks after rash disappears
Mumps – Until swelling disappears
Whooping cough – Six weeks
Jaundice – Six weeks
Medical certificate for more than 3 days
must be countersigned by CMO.
Suggestion to Parents
Parents must sign remarks given by
Principal and teachers in the diary.
Personal record and specimen signatures
must be submitted. Diary should be checked daily.
Meet teachers only with prior permission of
the Principal.
Encourage children to speak English
regularly at home.
Speak politely with school staff. Contact
Principal for grievances.
School Transport
Transport facility must be availed for full
session.
No mid-session withdrawal allowed. Full fee
applicable.
Reach bus stop 5 minutes before time. Bus
will not wait.
Maintain discipline in bus. Facility may be
discontinued for misconduct.
No slang or fights allowed in bus.
Inform office for transport inconvenience.
Own transport (cycle/two-wheeler): Rs.100 /
Rs.125.
Transport fee may be revised due to fuel
hike.
Fee / Fine Rules
Fee is deposited quarterly:
April–June: 1–15 April
July–September: 1–15 July
October–December: 1–15 October
January–March: 1–15 January
Fee timing: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Late fine: Rs.20 per week.
Lost card reissue fine: Rs.100.
Fees must be deposited only at Accounts
Office.
Withdrawal Rule
Written withdrawal notice required by 31st
January.
